Tom Bennerotte has worked in the area of Personal Injury since 1991. He has his own firm, Bennerotte & Associates, and has represented hundreds of personal injury victims.
From 1991 to 1997, he worked as a Claims Adjuster with The St. Paul Companies. Tom then went on to Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi,
where he focused his practice on representing people injured by medical malpractice. Tom has tried several lawsuits to verdict and has been referred to as one of Minnesota's best young trial attorneys.
Tom graduated with honors from The University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 1991. He attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law and graduated with honors in 2000. Tom is an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice. He has been recognized as an Up-And-Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer and has been selected by his attorney peers as both a Rising Star and Super Lawyer in Minnesota. He is a frequent lecturer at legal and medical seminars around Minnesota and elsewhere.
Tom lives in Inver Grove Heights with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys musky fishing, hunting and all outdoor activities. He is an avid baseball and football fan.
